If the candidates below were stifled by CA Bar Exam statistics, they would not be attorneys today.
There are happy stories to be told after each bar exam results posting. Below are visceral reactions from tutees emailed to me immediately after seeing their names appear on the pass list.
Both candidates sacrificed years, failing with bar review, and many tutors, before getting the help they needed in my tutorial. The first email, a middle-aged father of four, working full-time with a stay at home wife. The second, in jeopardy of losing her job if she did not pass the bar exam this time.
Thank you so much for all of your support and encouragement!!!... Thank you!!
I owe so much of my success to your help and guidance! I relied so heavily on your prompts and framework through the whole experience. You really shaped me and helped me see things in a way that I just couldn't before. Thank you for believing in me and for your support.
I still can't believe I finally did it! My emotions are still all over the place. After six tries, I just expected to take the exam again because I didn't want to get my hopes up just to be crushed again. After three years of trying to pass the bar exam, all I know is studying and now I'm kind of in shock and don't know what to do, hahaha. It's like a whole new life just began!
Well, again, thank you for your help and guidance, and most of all your kindness!"
I PASSED!!! I PASSED!!! I PASSED! PRAISE GOD AND THANK "YOU" FOR ALL YOUR SUPPORT, YOUR FRAMEWORKS, ETC ETC ETC!!!
LOVE YOU !!!!"
Challenging bar exam pass rates are not new here in California. Don't let the negative talk out there discourage you. Over the past 13 years of tutoring repeaters of the CBX, I know it can be done no matter the odds.
May these candidates inspire you to fly in the face of statistics.
Wishing you reclaimed excitement for your goal.

Prepare to Pass™Want to know more about these tutee performances? The statistics provided by the State Bar of California shows my candidates defied the general repeater pass rate statistic of 18.1% at this exam. Taking their law school education and backgrounds into account, they defied greater odds than detailed here. They passed the bar exam after participating in my Let's Do This Thing™ program, a tutorial I created for multi-repeaters of the CA Bar Exam.
